Our goal is to help you acquire Florida and South Georgia acreage for investment, development, or personal enjoyment; in fact, any acreage, farm land, or timber land that will meet your objectives... including free ongoing property management if desired.

Two degreed Foresters, professionally trained in procuring and managing land, acreage, farms, investment property, and timberland provide an invaluable land acquisition service for individuals, trusts, partnerships, LLC's and other entities. Financing and free property management services are available.

Florida Timberlands LLC is a real estate procurement company founded by Jib Davidson and Norman McRae. In 1989, Jib and Norman previously founded a sister company, Columbia Timber Company, to service the property management needs of timberland owners in North Florida. While Columbia Timber Company still harvests timber and helps manage properties, the company isn't a licensed real estate company so it can't buy and sell land for its clients. Florida Timberlands LLC fills that void.
